Suzy is seeking a motivated and resourceful Help Desk Engineer to join the Information Technology & Security team. In this role, you will be based in our New York office space as an active member of the Information Technology & Security team, helping to resolve issues in a timely manner, managing assets and inventory, and communicating with multiple departments daily. The Help Desk Engineer will support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, including but not limited to desktop applications, SaaS/Cloud applications, and the setup and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
