Overview

Suzy is seeking a motivated and resourceful Help Desk Engineer to join the Information Technology & Security team. In this role, you will be an active member of the Information Technology & Security team, helping to resolve issues in a timely manner, managing assets and inventory, and communicating with multiple departments daily. The Help Desk Engineer will support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, including but not limited to desktop applications, SaaS/Cloud applications, and the setup and maintenance of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employees' hardware and software support issues regarding OneLogin, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Azure, Zoom, Slack, and other approved applications.
  • Set up and remove user accounts on systems, implementing automated methods when possible.
  • Maintain software used on desktop systems, including OS, antivirus, and malware protection.
  • Track and update IT inventory.
  • Work with vendors to help resolve technical issues.
  • Support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues for staff, including desktop applications, cloud applications, and computer hardware and software setup and maintenance.
  • Work with technology teams to identify risks and address identified issues.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining IT documentation and policies within Jira Confluence.
  • Triage and escalate requests using Jira Service Management.
  • Author and review knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot appropriate firewalls, routers, switches, wireless systems, and other network equipment.
  • Configure and manage applications related to SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Deploy, manage, and configure MDM solutions like Intune and Kandji.
  • Provision employees and delegate access using a suite of SaaS applications and create workflows to automate provisioning and tool assignments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support.

  • The target base compensation for this role is $75,000 - $97,750
