Suzy is looking for a talented designer to join our growing marketing team. You will take an active role building Suzy’s brand identity and ensuring consistent implementation of these design choices across all digital and physical collateral. This is a service-oriented marketing role that requires an ability to manage some design projects from start to finish while offering efficient and tactical enhancements to other projects at any stage of the creation process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute design projects from ideation to implementation
  • Implement a consistent and cohesive Suzy brand identity across all channels, campaigns and collateral; defining visual identity by channel as per best practices
  • Drive the creation of digital marketing collateral, including digital reports, infographics, webpages, presentations, social content, emails, print collateral, and more.
  • Interpret data into visually compelling graphics, experimenting with varied designs to achieve the best story
  • Design with an eye for iteration, considering how creative can work across various formats, from digital reports to social carousels
  • Collaborate with copywriter and marketing managers on ad hoc, design-oriented projects.
  • Design and test creative iterations in channels; iterate based on performance and bring learnings to future creative assignments
  • Maintain the highest brand standards and help evolve brand guidelines as we continue to grow

Qualifications

  • Online portfolio, Behance, Instagram or other way to show your work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and service-focused communication skills
  • 5+ years’ experience designing for a B2B audiences, from either the agency side or product side
  • Experience in data visualization design
  • Experience working for a SaaS product or tech company is a big plus
  • An excellent sense of design, color, layout, form, imagery, typography, and composition
  • Experience with website production, including light CSS and HTML
  • Experience with video editing and animation a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with Squarespace or Canva a plus
  • Ability to exercise the utmost discretion while working with confidential information
  • MUST BE ABLE TO INVOICE UNDER YOUR OWN BUSINESS ENTITY (LLC, INC, ETC)
