We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations with a strong marketing operations background and a balance of analytical and technical skills to join our growing revenue operations team.  You should be someone who is coachable and excited to hit the ground running within a fast paced environment. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations, you’ll have experienced leadership, and a fantastic platform to grow your skills, while helping our marketing team deliver MQL/ SQL to the business. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable marketing technology and marketing automation solutions to support Suzy’s growing slate of lead and customer-focus digital marketing tactics
  • Own the measurement strategy / execution for all marketing activities, both online (inbound marketing sites, demand generation landing pages, webinars, etc.) and offline (conferences, etc.)
  • Optimize the systematic handoff of leads, marketing engagement and other key data points between our Marketing systems into our sales/service tech stack 
  • Develop and scale Suzy’s email marketing and automated communication strategies along with our demand generation team
  • Technical ownership of our Marketing stack, which includes: Hubspot, Squarespace, Google Analytics, Livestorm, 6sense, Mailchimp, AskNicely, etc.
  • Own and drive technical initiatives, for example: end-to-end migration of our ESP, and CMS, etc
  • Provide necessary campaign support to our Marketing team including: landing page and email template builds, lead flow set-up, website optimizations, etc. 
  • Own training and enablement of our Marketing team on proper and efficient usage of our marketing tools
  • Work closely with the marketing team and ensure that all the marketing team needs are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field; or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in an marketing operations role (preferably with an enterprise B2B SaaS focus)
  • Deep experience with Hubspot or similar MAS - specifically in Marketing, Automation and Reporting
  • Experience managing and acting as the technical owner of a wide range of Martech tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, inbound marketing, paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and Account Based Marketing (ABM) concepts
  • Metrics-focused individual who is keen to understanding data in order to inform decisions
  • Deep understanding of lead generation across the MarTech & Sales stack (eg tracking and routing of leads)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Intermediate knowledge of  Google tag manager 
  • Intermediate understanding Google Analytics tracking & reporting (GA3 & GA4)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript is a plus
  • General experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and research skills
  • Passion for emerging web marketing and technology trends

  • The target base compensation for this role is $110,000 - $149,500/yr.
