The Qualitative Research Senior Analyst will be part of Suzy’s Center of Excellence. They will work with various teams across the company and will focus on end-to-end market research support for qualitative and in-home user tests (IHUTs). This will include the full research process from programming, downloading and analyzing qualitative data, to synthesizing findings into actionable client recommendations for a broad range of clients & specialties (innovations, communications assessment, foundational learnings, UX & product development, etc.).
An ideal candidate thrives with diverse projects and being a point of contact with clients and a variety of internal stakeholders. You are skilled at remaining objective, exhibiting exceptional listening skills, generating creative solutions to new research requests, and challenging assumptions. You drive effective communication, are skilled at setting goals and expectations, and enjoy “connecting the dots” and generating insights across a variety of research methodologies.
