We’re hiring a Senior Research Analyst to be responsible for end-to-end marketing research support across a broad range of clients and specialities (innovations, communications assessment, tracking. etc).  This will include consulting with the client success team on study scope and design and will also include programming, downloading and analyzing data.  Synthesizing findings into actionable client recommendations is a critical part of the role as well.   You will work hand in hand with the broader Suzy team to ensure we are delivering long-term value to our clients.

A special note: All Suzy team members will continue working remotely until we evaluate what future work/office scenarios look like, including our brand new office space in lower Manhattan when conditions are safer.


  • Support day-to-day client relationships with a roster of enterprise clients
  • Become an expert in the client’s business and industry
  • Support efforts to provide strategic recommendations to support clients' business needs
  • Field unique & custom brand/research projects to answer clients’ critical business questions.
  • Compile and analyze data & create PPT charts/presentations to summarize key findings and learnings from clients’ projects
  • Lead efforts to deliver client training on platform functionality
  • Responsible for renewals for clients prior to the end of their license
  • Execute work in a timely, efficient manner
  • Execute fulfillment of internal job tracking and management systems
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience working in market research and/ or client success
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, being proactive, great work ethics, and a positive attitude to embrace challenges are a must.
  • Highly motivated with eagerness to learn, and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional team members
  • 3-4 years experience and comfort with client-facing conversations, managing expectations, building client relationships, presenting findings and discussing business implications.  (Skills commensurate with experience)
  • Basic understanding of quantitative research, survey methodology, and questionnaire design
  • Basic knowledge of market research techniques including Cross Tabulation, Segmentation, Driver Analysis, Brand Equity, etc.
  • Basic end-to-end primary research experience, including research scope, survey design, programming, sampling, fielding, data collection and quality assurance, data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of market research data processing and analytics software including advanced expertise with Excel
  • Basic Working knowledge of statistical packages such as SPSS, R, or Q Research Software.
  • Basic working knowledge of survey programming tools, such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or Alchemer (previously SurveyGizmo).
  • Basic ability to translate business questions into research questions.
  • Basic ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to translate research results into business implications
