Suzy is seeking a revenue-centric, consultative Account Executive to help expand our existing enterprise customers. Suzy has a world-class product that customers love, and are increasingly adoptive of agile research. The mission of our team is to shake up traditional research and demonstrate to every Suzy enterprise customer the value of utilizing agile and persistent audience research to make the best business decisions possible.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to meet metrics and manage resources in order to align to quotas • Have a strong command of funnel math for outreach and meetings booked by  Account Executive as well as by SDR 
  • Relentless commitment to outreach and activity individually + via SDR + via CSM • Conduct multiple client-facing meetings a day and consistently be ‘in-market’ o Discover meetings to uncover need and fit 

o Suzy platform demonstrations and consults 

o Contract and proposal review with new customer business units 

o Management of any pilot programs to full contract fruition 

  • Coordinate and conduct internal meetings to ensure client proposals, pitches and  deliverables represent suzy and the customer in the best possible light • Collaborate with other departments/teams where the Suzy internal processes can be  improved or enhanced as it relates to sales
  • Be a strong Suzy corporate citizen – we value our people above all else and require  that our strategic commercial leads, such as Enterprise Account Executives seek to  be better together with their colleagues and clients 

Qualifications

  • Significant enterprise SaaS selling experience – the ability to navigate complex organizations  and a proven track record of working with multiple business units in order to achieve  contract expansion 
  • Experience working in the market research industry and/or experience selling a market research product or services
  • Capacity to understand individual client personas, their personal and business value and  solution match to needs of those personas 
  • Strong grasp of questioning skills and natural curiosity to ensure we are uncovering  customer processes and business initiatives 
  • Strong competency to work cross-functionally with Customer Success and SDR counter parts to establish new relationships and open new doors within customer accounts Rich understanding of brand-based buying centers and budgeting processes – experience navigating budget as well as procurement processes 
  • Consultative selling approach to partner with customers in designing the right research programs and solutions that meet their needs 
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple teams across brand organizations:  Category management, Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Brand Marketing,  R&D, etc. 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build enterprise programs and contracts that  bring value and financial health to the Suzy business, while also representing  customer needs 
  • A strong competitive spirit to ensure we are challenging industry norms and  incumbent research solutions/partners
