As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring a Research Manager – Social Content Development to be responsible for implementing end-to-end marketing research support across a broad range of clients and specialties (foundational knowledge, innovations, communications assessment, tracking, etc.) as part of a new program with a global social media partner. This individual will be responsible for bridging between Suzy and social media giants for creator engagement and in-depth research initiatives.
This will include consulting with social media partners, client (brands) and internal success team on study scope and design and will also include programming, downloading and analyzing data. Synthesizing findings into high quality reporting and actionable insights/recommendations is a critical part of the role as well. You will work hand in hand with the broader Suzy team to ensure we are delivering long-term value to our clients and partners and continue to play an integral role in the success of major brands.
